9dpo could it be my month!? ☺

Hello im 10dpo I took a test at 8dpo and it was negative. For 2 days I was super exhausted and my appetite has increase so much. I of course have sore boobs like when my af is supposed to show but also my temp has been up and the fatigue and appetite is a new one for me. I have no cramps no spotting or anything right now as to normally I would at least have cramps. Does anyone know what this might be. I had light brown spotting on 9/16/2020 and 9/19/2020 nothing at all since. Praying after 6 months trying that this could be my month but also 2 days ago a negative test. 🥺💗
