3rd Day Peak OPk & No BBT Rise

Can anyone share their opinion on what is going on right now?

I’m currently CD 20 and all of the apps I use still haven’t confirmed I have ovulated. I have had my 3rd day of peak opk and my bbt still hasn’t risen. It just seems so late in my cycle!! I had one sided cramps on Tuesday but nothing since.

Do I keep up with BD until ovulation has been confirmed??
