Hsg test yesterday /fertile window starts today!

So yesterday I had my hsg test done yesterday, I'm still spotting on and of not alot tho with stringy cm, how long after did you have sex? As my window starts today I'm in no pain at all and also how long after did it take you to conceive? Did it help you get pregnant after having this procedure done?
