Does not drinking enough water effect ability to get pregnant?

I wasn’t much of a water drinker and it took us 4 months to conceive baby #1. I personally don’t think it made it any harder for us. 
But of course you need water to be healthy, which I drink way more these days.

I meant to hit no but hit yes lol just speaking from personal experience I definitely did not drink a ton of water and still was able to get pregnant, it might be different for everybody!

I drink 100+ Oz a day and I’m infertile.....

Of course it would. Your body needs water for your organs to function properly.
