Once a cheater always a cheater?

Tell me why and why not... 
what do you ladies think?

I cheated on a boyfriend I had as a teenager , I was young and immature. People change as the grow up

I honestly believe that cheating is dependent on how the persons persona is. Whether they are mature or not, how well they feel about the relationship, how confident they are in themselves, etc. people will be who they are regardless of what happens. I do believe that people CAN change (and have, may I add) but that is within themselves and no one can change that person unless they want to. However, watch for red flags and past relationships as well, and make sure that you are comfortable enough with them that they won't do you wrong. Always have the mindset that when you meet a person, that person will NEVER change. So, being that, make your best judgement and trust your gut. It will never do you wrong.

Absolutely. If you're so heartless as to cheat on someone once, you clearly don't care about the feelings of other people the way you should meaning it's likely it could happen again. Besides there are statistics out there to suggest that infidelity can literally be in your genes

The people who constantly cheat are people to worry about. They just care about themselves and don't care who they hurt as they're mowing down people's lives with their careless actions.

The person who made have cheated one time, or had that one real fucked up relationship they didn't know how to get out of - I would give them the scruntity.

If you are asking because you have recently been cheated on you have to ask yourself if that person is worth the TONS of time it's going to take to rebuild trust. For me answering yes or no to that would be did I find out by catching them in a lie or did they come out right as it happened and tell me they did it? If someone keeps pedaling the lie and you find out by catching them then no, they aren't worth time.

I cheated on in the past (do did he) we where together for almost 9 years married and divorced we got back together after the divorce and we share 3 kids together I regret doing it bc it was more then once sneeking around after work all that!! We have been broken up for 4 years now and I have been with my fiancé for 31/2 years and I have never even thought about cheating I don't like the way it makes me feel as a person! So I can say that is not true

I agree and disagree with this. I've been with my husband 6 years and in the beginning of the relationship he cheated on me... but he was a 16 year old kid too. he hasn't done that in 4 years and I don't believe he will. we have been married almost 3. he still had growing up to do is why he acted like a child. he was. now a grown man... yeaaa. it goes for a grown man but not someone who is still growing up.
