My husband and I decided I would go see my family for six weeks with our son. We haven’t seen them for over half a year. I honestly didn’t know my husband would be this sad to see us gone. He never vocalizes his feelings and he’s been away so much for work that I thought it would be okay to be gone for so long.

But last night, he told me he had a rough night since we left and that he misses us. I am so stressed because I did not think he would be this sad, he never seemed to care when we were home or that he would text me almost every night that he won’t be home because of work. I’m really sad and I want to go back home to see him. I wish he would’ve been this honest to me before, I didn’t get the feeling he cared if were home or not.
