Sex timing question

Hi everyone! I might be over thinking this but is it necessary to have sex today (one day before ovulation bc I got a positive opk today)?

My fertile window kept changing on the calendar and I am worried we aren’t having sex on the right days or enough. My calendar is below. I’m so sore I just don’t have it in my tonight for sex. We will probably have sex the 25th (ovulation day)
