I'll be 11 weeks tomorrow and today my husband told me he'll be filing for divorce soon. He actually left about 2 months after we were married, but we haven't touched divorce until now. He's had nothing to do with the pregnancy and says the baby will never know him, but today told me he wants a DNA test. I'm not sure how this works, because honestly, I don't want him to be an in and out father. If he divorces me before the baby is born and isn't there to sign the birth certificate, what rights does he have? And if he doesn't divorce me before the baby is born, does that change anything?
