Shredded or diced chicken for tacos? (See details)
I'm signing up for a taco party and plan on bringing a side of chicken. I prefer to make my chicken tacos a lazy way.... I do chicken breasts in a Crock-Pot with some verde salsa and taco seasoning and then shred it up. But I don't want to cook it this way if most people find this gross? It can be really soft this way so some might think the tacos are too mushy? And I try to squeeze juice out, but sometimes it might seem a little watery if you know what I mean, idk if this grosses people out.
