We finally did it! Pregnant after 2 years ttc

Hi everyone! After 2 years ttc we finally got the best surprise 2 days ago when we tested! We were originally diagnosed with unexplained infertility.

I’m just a Bit surprised about my early pregnancy symptoms and wanted to check what other people thought.

I always assumed my first signs would be sore boobs, nausea etc.

But my symptoms have been feeling hot, gurgling noises in my stomach, urinating frequently and light headed. I was quite emotional for a few days but right now my mood feels fine. I was also comstipated but then I had quite loose bowel Movements, then back to constipated. But other than that I feel quite normal.

I know it’s a silly question, but are these signs and symptoms enough? Should I be feeling more at 4 weeks 5 days pregnant?

I can’t get to a dr until next week so would appreciate some advice or confirmation that these Symptoms are enough to show me that pregnancy is going fine?
