10 week scan healthy baby with heartbeat, can I relax?

I voted yes, and I know it’s really hard to relax and I’m also having hard days relaxing. Last night I woke up in the middle of the night with anxiety about the baby. I had a scan at 10wks that’s showed good heartbeat etc, and I have another one in a week for genetics testing. 
I feel okay one day then have anxiety over analyzing the 10wk ultrasound wondering if the baby is going to have issues or whatever. 
It’s just hard. Try to relax bc we really have no control. (As a control freak, just writing that freaks me out)

You can do research on the mc rates every week. Once you've heard the heartbeat it goes way down and continues to decrease every week. Have faith.
