Am I pregnant???

Hi! So I am currently TTC my 2nd baby. LMP was Aug 8th I stopped taking the pill a week ago the day after I stopped I spotted for 3 days my period was a week late at that point. Still no period I’m day 48 with no period. Since then I have had horrible smell aversions and I’ve been getting nauseous around the same time every day. Extremely tired. Not really sure what’s going on negative hpt and blood test but my symptoms haven’t let up at all? Anyone have any similar stories???
