Possibly miscarriage

For a couple of days i've been lightly spotting pink & also some bright red, but not a lot. Twice when using the bathroom a small string of blood came out of me (similar to when we're on our periods). I haven't been able to see my doctor. I'm supposed to be 7 weeks according to my LMP. The other day i also had very light cramping similar to period cramps. My morning sickness (all day nausea) went away last week. My dr is saying spotting is normal... Should i go to a hospital or is an urgent care okay too? I just don't feel pregnant anymore..
