I think I’m pregnant

So I had sex with my boyfriend on august 15th and I had just git on my period the day before but he didn’t care but we had raw sex multiple times that day and I didn’t think nothing of it but my period is 4 days late on here and the flow app says it’s 1 day late but I’ve been having cramps for like 2 weeks on and off and my nipples have been very sore for 2 weeks and my skin has been breaking out I’ve been having back pain and been feeling a little nauseous on and off I thought my period would come by now but it’s not here and I’m scared and sad idk what to do I’m too scared to take a test and on top of that I’ve been peeing A LOT like idk why I keep peeing so much
