Baby throwing up formula

So I’m really confused and don’t know what to do lately my baby is throwing up formula she is mostly breastfeed but I always give her formula because she doesn’t get enough from my breast and she’s been throwing up the formula and sometimes it looks like it could be my breast milk too because it’s a lot, I took her to the doctors and they said maybe over feeding but like she acts hungry and I always wait in between breast feeding and then supplementing her with formula to see if she is even still hungry and she is. I can’t stand to see her throwing up everyday😔
