I’ve read that when you take an ovulation test you want to not have peed and reduce your liquid intake 2 hours before. Bow important is this?
How much will it effect my results?

Answer

It is very important to do at least a 2 hour hold with minimal fluid intake for opks as diluted urine can affect your results the same way it can on a pregnancy test and can give you a false negative.
