Normal or no?

My husband and I got married on September 12th. We were both virgins and I’ve been cycle tracking for months now. I ovulated on the 6th so, we were good to go.

1.) im pretty sure I had an imperforate hymen, so I bled a lot. Everything is fine now lol

2.) My period hasn’t been late, and I’ve never completely skipped it. But today should be the last day of it and I haven’t even started spotting.

If you have a lot of sex after having none of it before, does this happen? Everything I’ve googled is inconclusive. I’ve taken three tests and they’ve been negative
