Sperm count

So i made a fertility appointment with my OBGYN. He did a ultrasound took 60 seconds and he said my uterus and ovaries were healthy! So now he wants to do a sperm count on my husband. I’m pretty sure the sperm count is going to come back fine! My husband has made 3 children without any issues! So is there any insight as to what my doctor may do next if everything is fine from anyone who has went though this process? Or just in case his count is low what should i expect? I have had 1 child. Only been pregnant once in my life. I don’t have any issues that would prevent me from getting pregnant per myself and my doctor. Maybe we’re just not trying hard enough! But I’m excited for the sperm count!
