Early Labour?!

I am having cramps (contractions?) about every 10-15 minutes, they are not consistent though, some are spacing around 20-25 minutes, some are back to back, I even went an hour without one, but then had 2 within 5 mins. The length is also all over the place.

I am 36 weeks 3 days, FTM

They dont feel the same as braxton hicks, and I am still getting them in the shower and after the shower, although they did slow down just a little.

Some are more intense than others. I also have had a very thick jellyish discharge today. No bloody show or anything.

Does this sound like early labor to anyone or am I just having a bad braxton hicks day? Has anyone else experienced this?
