10 month old falling

My 10 month old has learned how to climb onto the couch and chair and has hit his head a few times falling off and getting a knot on his head his Dr says it's fine as long as he doesn't show signs of a concussion but I can't help but feel bad for it because it's happened more than once but I also have a 2 year old and I'm constantly doing something around the house and can't stay on top of my 10 month old. How do I not feel guilty for him getting hurt even though it's just him trying to learn new things?
