Biopsy results

Just received my results from the biopsy I've been posting about like crazy. Stage 2 cervical cancer. Crazy it has progressed so much since I've had a Pap smear every year for the past 10 years. My husband and I had just decided to TTC but now I am unsure if that is the healthiest thing to do. I do not want to put me or my future child in any sort of danger. Anyone gone through something similar? Or delivered a healthy baby even with cancer?
