Corona symptoms but negative test

I currently have a runny/stuffy nose which I thought was just because of the change in weather in my country and the upcoming flu season. However I have loss of smell and taste, I also have a slight headache which I guess is from congestion. But my covid test results came back negative.

What can I take to get rid of the cold and hopefully not spread to my 1 year old?
