Lifting something heavy?

Question

So I went grocery shopping and I didn't wanna make two trips so I carried all the groceries in, and they were heavy but not like super duper heavy to wear it hurt me. But I haven't felt my little guy move since then, no bleeding or anything. Am I just over worrying? Lol

I'm in that same boat. Yesterday I kind of over did it at work lots of bending over and moving heavy boxes around. I haven't felt baby move much today. Normally it's all over the place in there.

But I'm just telling myself I wore it out. I have a regularly scheduled appointment on Monday so as long as there isn't any pain or bleeding I'll just wait it out.
