I've been craving hot wings and lemons but I'm not eating as much as I normally do. AF due next week and normally I'd be eating like a pig but I'm not as hungry as normal. Cramps like aching in my back and stomach but Hard for me to get used to what my period feels like now that I'm off Bcp. Ive been on pill for 10 years so Im not sure over the past 4 months off it what to expect with my period anymore... Is this preg cramps or pms?
