SPD anyone?

Does anyone have symphysis pubic dysfunction? I'm 38 and 2 and I think I have it. I'm in excruciating pain. I can't walk, get out of bed, roll over, get dressed without literally crying in pain. I have been using a chair like a walker to get around my house because the pain is so unbearable. Please tell me I'm not the only one. Does anyone have any advice? I've been taking Tylenol and trying to stretch and move as much as possible but it's almost impossible. 😖
