Menopur???

Hi, ladies. 
To those of you that were on menopur:
How many vials did they call in for you? 
What was your dose? If on gonal too, what was that dose? 
How long did you stim for? 
I was only on Gonal last round so im a little lost. They called in a decent amount of meds for me- more gonal than last round even with the increase. And they called in 40 vials of 75iu (3000iu in total). I haven't gotten my protocol yet and won't until baseline but it seems like a lot of Menopur 😂😳

Hi B! 40 is about typical for my protocol. I usually start at 2 or 3 and then end up at 4 about halfway through the cycle. My Gonal f dose these last two cycles was also high - 450 units each night. So exciting that you’re getting closer!!

I had around 40 vials I think ordered for me.  I was on 2 vials a day and 300 gonal f and stimmed 10 days.  I did have leftover I think?  Can’t quite remember now.

I was on 2 vials per day of menopur (so I think 150) stimmed for 13 days, I was also on 300iu of  follistim as well.  My doctor ordered enough for 14 days but I only initially ordered enough for 10ish just in case I didn't want a bunch of left overs/ waste money. What is your timeline looking like?

I was on Gonal F 225 once a day and 150 menopur (2 vials) once a day. I stimmed for 10 days total. I was also on Dexamethasone daily and Cetrotide for a few days before my retrieval. Then triggered with Lupron. Do you know why your dr didn’t order menopur last time?

I only bought a few days worth at a time (my pharmacy has free delivery the day of order), but I started at 150 a day (2 vials) and after first checkup was upped to 225 a day.  I think was 13 days but they originally thought it’d be less so I kept ordering one more day (I’m out of pocket so didn’t want to over buy)

40 vials is a decent amount of menopur! I have pcos so I think my dosage was lower due to that and I'm also a pretty petite person. I started off with 187 ius of gonal f and one vial of menopur per day and then the gonal f went down to 112 ius later on. I stimmed for like 9-10 days i think.

30 vials were called in for me each cycle. My dose was 2 powders/1ml liquid the first round and the second round it was 1 powder until halfway thru then they upped it to 2.
I was also on gonal f. The first time, I was started on 300 then it went up to 375. The second retrieval started on 225 theb went up to 300. 
I stimmed 13 days the 1st time and 12 days the second.

I stimmed for 10 days and did 1 vial of menopur and 150 units of gonal each day. 40 vials sounds like a lot, but maybe they anticipate you using more than 1 a day. Have you received all your meds yet? I know my doctor ordered a larger number, but my pharmacy would only send a few days at a time so that I wouldn't end up with a ton extra. Keep us posted on your protocol!
