pls help someone i trusted told my school counselor I sh

my counselor texted me saying "someone reached out to me saying they fear you may be hurting yourself are you ok"

im pretty sure the counselor is required to tell my parents if i say no but I cant really deny it bc the person I trusted probably screenshoted the texts.

I can't have my parents know bc this has happened before and they sent me to therapy 4 times before saying its a waste of money and they thought i was saying im depressed just for show.

update: its fine. she called my parents and said "a friend of a friend of friend" had told her. I convinced my parents id told one of my closest friends that I was a little lonely and somehow it became this. They believed me so im all good
