Periods with IUD...

Hello there!

I had a Mirena IUD implanted in August 2019. So far it’s been ok but when my cycle comes up I spot for weeks after. Nothing heavy but it’s just a little color on the tp after I wipe. I haven’t been getting my period anymore except every few months.

Has anyone else had this light spotting issue on an IUD? And if so, does it ever end?

I have also been having a problem with ingrown hairs since I’ve had the IUD. Any takers on that issue too?
