Tight neck, baby won’t turn head right

I’ve just noticed my 3 month old really prefers her left side. I can’t get her to turn it right, and if she does she quickly goes back left. I’m trying to have her turn right as much as possible but because she’s 3 months, she’s pretty strong and really fights me on it.

Any tips? I’m worried that she needs more help, like physio or something
