I can't drink water or eat my breakfast

So for past 2 days I have been throwing up my cereal even though I'm lactose and tolerant so I have decided to change my eating habit around every time I take my pills in the day time and at night and I take them with water I get very nauseous and it seems like the baby doesn't like water even though I'm suppose to drink water once a day or every day it's like my mom was the same way when she was pregnant with me something tell me this baby is going to be a girl I can feel it my heart is telling me it's going to be a girl
