Is this safe up your butt during pregnancy?

I have bad hemorrhoid and apparently my mom said this stuff helps. It’s pretty painful and causes bleeding when I poop so I’ll try everything. Wondering if it’s safe in the first trimester of pregnancy? Also it goes in the butt it’s like pills lol.

Just ask your ob. They will prescribe the good stuff. I had bleeding hemroids and constipation my entire pregnancy until I went and asked for good help. Take milk of magnesia to soften the stool and use good suppositories or put prep h max strength on the  hemroids. Seriously, milk of magnesia was the way to go!
