I'm not expecting but when I urinate it feels like I have been holding it for a really long time when I haven't, I feel lots of pressure and my back has been killing me. Any clues?

I would go see your doctor and provide a urine test. It is likely a UTI. If your flank is hurting it might have progressed to pyelonephritis.
