Pregnancy after ovulation pain?

So my bf and I have decided to start trying for a baby. I typically get cramps and sore boobs the week of ovulation last up until my period, along with clear cm the week of ovulation. My period is 10 days away and I haven’t gotten my usually symptoms. This time I had a sharp cramping pain around my right ovary lasting for about a day- which I have never had. Everything I’m reading says it’s ovulation pain. I would love for this to be my month, but without my normal symptoms I don’t think it is. Anyone else had something like this and end up pregnant?

If you don't track ovulation, you could very well be ovulating now. Also your cycles tend to change from month to month and yr to yr. Sometimes you can have normal symptoms and sometimes you don't. Doesn't mean anything. Just wait till your period is do and test. Don't symptom spot everything.
