It seems every month the week before my period and the week of, I deal with random moments of Hot Flashes that cause me to feel so hot and suffocated that I want to turn on the Air Conditioning then before I know it, I am feeling so cold that I feel like my bottom is gonna freeze to death. I'm going to speak to my Doctor about this and see what she suggests. Does anyone else possibly deal with this? I've been told it's just Hormones.
