The way you worded this question is strange.. I don’t think it would be weird if she did but I also think that it’s not necessary... I don’t see my mom sending me a present for out but I could see my in laws doing it because they are per big gift givers and we have them like $50 for their 30 year anniversary to go to dinner.. but I don’t think it’s necessary for people outside the marriage to give anniversary presents but I for sure wouldn’t mind

I wouldn't say normal but definitely thoughtful and sweet! We get a card from my grandparents every year and texts wishing us a happy anniversary from parents. So a gift would be an unexpected but appreciated surprise
