My brother was a jewler and he said the best thing to do is take it off when cooking cleaning sleeping washing hands applying lotion and showering to keep the ring in the best condition but I never talk mine off lol on to clean the tarnish for wearing it all the time

Only to cook clean and anything that has to do with applying on the hands its important to take all jewelry off when cooking especially. I have a holder that holds my rings or put im a safe box in your kitchen where you can put it in

I take mine off if I'm making something particularly messy with y hands like pie crust or tortillas or bread... Other than that, they stay on!!

I take mine off every night to sleep... Scratched my face with my engagement ring the first night I had it and haven't worn it to bed since.
