Faint lines and bfn

Has this happened to anyone else? I’m so confused and don’t know whether to be happy or sad. 8 DPO I took these blue dye tests and got 2 faint lines. Later that day took a first response and it was negative. So this morning I took another first response with fmu and it’s Still negative😫 Pictures of the test below. I Didn’t even mean to buy the blue dye ones but it seems weird both would be positive and it doesn’t look like a dye run.
