Can anyone tell me if I am paying for a plane ticket for my child (so I'm guarenteed a seat for the car seat, it's an international flight and need the seat for the car!!) if my child is allowed a carry on seperate from mine?? As in their diaper bag isn't my carry on? Delta will not answer my question directly.
