Possible preeclampsia 😟

I went for a normal check up today. I was surprised when they said my blood pressure was high and my levels in my urine have been high for a couple visits.

They immediately started testing me for preeclampsia. They took some blood and hooked me up to a monitor to track baby movement. I have to do a 24 hour urine collection and then another blood test when I turn the urine in. I have a follow up and ultra sound scheduled for Tuesday.

I'm freaking out. I've been healthy this whole time and generally my whole life. Anyone else go through this? Can anyone calm me?
