I can't even muster a tiny desire for sex. We had sex last week and I literally felt nothing.

Awe that’s too bad. For me it feels better than ever. I thought it was good before. And honestly don’t be scared to. It’s safe and when my so and I do it’s rough. At least for now while it can be.
