Do heat rashes scar???

I think I have a heat rash. It’s starting to get cool where I am so I’m not sure why I got it. Assuming it is a heat rash will it scar? It’s on my chest and it looks really bad. It’s not itching that much but visually looks awful. I’m really scared it  will scar. I’ve had it for about 4-5 days I think. I asked my mom if could go to the doctor so she go an appointment just in case. I have really bad allergies and it might relate to that idk..
