By 4 to 5 weeks you can’t see much only because the baby is so small... I believe you’ll be able to see a fetal pole maybe a gestational sac all depending but I wouldn’t expect to see anything until 6-8 weeks you can see something then. Just don’t get worried or concerned if you don’t see anything love.
