Worried, confused, anxious

Hi girls, I am supposed to be 5weeks 2days according to the app. I peed on the stick last week and confirmed pregnancy. Since then I have been spotting as well as cramps.

So a couple days ago, I went to the doctor because I am worried as this is my first. Did an ultrasound but doctor said he didn’t see anything not even the sac. Which makes him worried that it could be etopic. Ordered blood work on the day and am going for another blood work this afternoon.

After doctors visit, I have been spotting more (brown discharge). Not sure if it was because of a vaginal ultrasound.

I was so excited to find out I am pregnant, but with all this; it makes me so anxious and constantly worry that I would have an etopic:(

Do any of you experienced any of this and how did it turn out for you?
