Okay this might be a little bit of a gross topic but Idk who else to ask at the moment. I haven't had a period since May 21 and I stopped taking bc that month which I think is why it took so long to come back.  Well anyways yesterday it finally came back and I've been bleeding and cramping probably the worse I ever have. And now idk if I should be concerned or not but today twice now when I went to change my tampon it was accompanied by the largest blot clot I've seen. They weren't thick but the first one was at least the length of my finger. And the second time it was smaller but still visible. Yes I am sexually active but I haven't had unprotected sex and I took 3 tests to confirm I wasn't pregnant during these last 6 months. Is it possible that I just have a lot of built up in my uterus from these last 6 months?
