Home birth Mamas - Did you plan?

Question

After a traumatic experience with my first at a hospital, birth centre then labour ward, ending in a forceps delivery; I’m dead set on a home birth this time (Due early December).
My question is, for ladies who planned and had a home birth did you still write a birth plan? If so, what sort of things did you include?

Nope. We talked with our midwives and doula about what we'd want in the event of a hospital transfer, but didn't make any official plan for home. The midwives took notes throughout all of our appointments on what we wanted and brought up things we hadn't considered like where the pets would be and who would take care of them - but no actual birth plan!

I wrote a birth plan for the event of hospital transfer or cesarean, as well as hospital postpartum. 
It included, father assisting in catching in OR or L&D, immediate skin to skin, delayed cord clamping and cutting, midwife coached pushing rather than the dr, pushing in any position I wanted, no vaccines, etc

I didn't. My midwife and I talked about things throughout the pregnancy and I didn't see the point
