Devastated

I’m around 9 weeks, due 5/1. I had some brown spotting and my OB recommended going to the ER since my first prenatal appt isn’t until next Tuesday. So last night I went to the hospital, and it started out great- hcg levels were high, bloodwork was good, no cramps or red blood. Then during the ultrasound they couldn’t find the baby. The doctor called it a partial miscarriage and told me to get another scan done to confirm but he wasn’t very optimistic. It felt like my worst nightmare coming true :(.
