Vivid dreams a sign of early pregnancy ??

Who else has had vivid dreams whist on the TWW ? I’m 13dpo slight cramping and very real dreams ?

I don’t know why, but I had dream I gave birth to baby and it just came out and run away, like turn into two year old and run away😂😂 woke up and checked if I actually just had baby. 😂
And then had some dreams, can’t remember now but woke up laughing full blast. Woke up my husband with that and could not stop laugh for 5-10min😂 
Im 5 days till AF and negative so who knows😅

I keep dreaming over and over I’m taking a pregnancy test and it’s positive and then I had a dream that I was at a mental hospital and I escaped! 🤷🏽‍♀️

Me!! 
I dreamt my teeth where falling out and nobody could help me put them back in!! I also dreamt our cat bobby had all white plastic tubes hanging out his body and the whole family where round to see him and say bye. So so strange. X
