Preparing for IVF, any lifestyle or supplements recommendations?
Hello all, I am preparing for my
in January, so excited and nervous! Im 32. My RE started me on some supplements such as fish oil, coq10, vitamin d, E, prenatal and ovasitol and metformin a couple months ago. I have been diagnosed with PCOS. And my husband has low sperm counts. I have lost 30 pounds in the last few months following a low carb lifestyle, I gained weight with my first child and didn’t seem to lose it but my body has responded well to low carb. I have roughly 15 more to lose to be pre pregnancy. I drink a gallon of water a day I’ve always been a fish. I do drink alcohol occasionally but not too often so it’s no big deal to stop that completely now. I do drink about 2 cups of coffee a day. A diet pop only occasionally. I thought about switching to decaf coffee but when would be a good time to do that, a month before? 2? Would you recommend any other changes for the last couple of months as I prepare? Anything you wish you would’ve done to help with a successful retrieval? Thank you ! It’s getting closer so nerves are setting in
