I think labor is near at only 31 weeks

So last week i post a picture and everyone agreed my stomach dropped i was having contractions for the past week prior to it dropping now for the past two days i cannot eat everything makes me nauseous even water i been having diarrhea & very bad back pain followed by stomach pain i also lost a big chunk on mucus over the past 2 days

Could pre-term labor be near?
