Can I take a test?

I know some people say to wait until your period is late but I was just wondering it’s been 6 days since ovulation but we last had sex 10 days ago? Would a test show anything now?

No. I had sex two days before ovulation and didn’t get a positive until 3 days before my period. I tested 5 days before and it was a BFN. It has to do with when you implanted, not when you had sex. Good luck!

No, implantation does not occur until 6 days past ovulation (at the earliest) and then it takes about 2 days for HCG to rise enough for the test to detect it. The earliest it is possible to get a positive on a home pregnancy test is 8 DPO.
